On June 3, 2023, the Coldspring Methodist Church unanimously voted to welcome Reverend Doctor David DeWitt as our Senior Pastor.
Reverend DeWitt is married to Rebecca (Becky), and between them, they have four children and three grandchildren (so far). Pastor David holds a Doctor of 21st Century Ministry from Anderson University and a Master of Theology from Denver University (Iliff School of Theology).

Ken Garza
Lay Leader
Four-year member of Coldspring Methodist Church. Husband to Martha Garza for forty-seven years, and father to three adult children. Grandfather to fourteen grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Forty-three-year follower and disciple of Jesus Christ. Passions include the ongoing study of God's Word and sharing the same. I enjoy a good game of chess and time in the kitchen while listening to a variety of good music. I also spend a lot of time trying to remember all the names of our grandkids and great-grandkids. Ken is a vital link to all things Coldspring Methodist and is the right hand of Pastor David.

Andrew Main
Music Director
Andrew has been directing the Coldspring Methodist Choir for over a decade. He has a Masters in Choral Conducting and is an accomplished musicians on many instruments. However, we all love hearing him sing. Wow, what a voice!

Stacy Amszi
Church secretary
Stacy has been the secretary of Coldspring Methodist for 20 years. Her three daughters literally grew up in our School For Little Children. Stacy is responsible for making sure everything gets done. No stress there! She does a great job!

Sherry Wagner
School for Little Children Director
During October of 2024 Shari will celebrate 30 years at the School For Little Children. As the Director she has transformed the school into the "must attend" private Christian Pre-school in San Jacinto County. the SFLC wins "Best of" every year.
Carri Clark
Youth leader
Carri was assistant Youth Council director for four years before taking over the Director position in 2020. She always manages to find incredibly diverse ways to engage with the youth of all ages and still keep her sanity!
