DAY 23 — LOVE MOVES TOWARD OTHERS
Scripture: John 13:34–35
“Just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another.”
During the COVID‑19 pandemic, a man in Italy began playing his trumpet from his apartment balcony each evening. Neighbors opened windows, some singing, others simply listening.
Over time, the music became a signal: you are not alone. One neighbor later said, “We never spoke, but his music told us we were loved.”
Reflection:
Jesus teaches that love is not passive — it moves outward. Love shows up, reaches across distance, and reminds others they are seen.
Who might God be calling you to love more intentionally today?
Prayer:
Jesus, shape my love to look like Yours.
Help me love others with grace, patience, and courage. Amen.
