Day 12 — Peace In The Waiting
Scripture: Isaiah 26:3
“You will keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on You…”
True Story:

During the early days of space exploration, NASA discovered that astronauts experienced intense anxiety in the hours before launch. So they created the “quiet room” — a dimly lit space with one chair, one small lamp, and complete silence.

The most surprising part? Nearly every astronaut used it. They described it as a moment to breathe, to focus, to steady their thoughts. One astronaut said, “It didn’t change what was happening outside. It changed what was happening inside.”

That inner stillness became essential for the mission ahead.

Advent is a season of waiting, but God offers peace not after the waiting — in the waiting.
